Imported when it should be. Built here when that's better.
We work with two Italian houses and one local shop in Hialeah. Which one makes your kitchen depends entirely on the room — a seamless twenty-foot run of lacquer comes from Italy; a piece that has to negotiate a 1920s Coral Gables wall gets built forty minutes away.
Everything is specified for this climate: marine-grade substrates, stainless carcass hardware, and finishes tested against the humidity that destroys ordinary cabinetry within five years.

What stone works best in a Miami kitchen?
Quartzite and porcelain both handle Miami humidity and hard daylight without fading or etching. Marble is beautiful and it will patina — we use it where that is genuinely wanted, and we say so plainly beforehand. Dark granites read flat under Florida light, which is why we rarely specify them.
Full slabs come to your driveway, or we fly to Carrara on commissions above $250,000. Either way the veining is composed on paper — where the book-match falls on the island, where the seam hides — before anyone touches a saw.

03 · Design & lighting
Light is the material nobody budgets for.
A kitchen with one lighting circuit can only ever be one room. We programme four scenes — Morning, Work, Dinner, Late — and hand them to you on your phone at the reveal.
Before any of it is built you receive a rendered walkthrough film: the room, its lighting states, the actual stone, the real sightlines. Most clients watch it a dozen times. Nobody has ever approved a kitchen from a floor plan and been as certain.

What does a luxury kitchen remodel include?
Architectural and lighting design, a rendered walkthrough film, permits and HOA coordination, demolition, structural work, electrical and plumbing, bespoke or imported cabinetry, full-slab stone, integrated appliances, programmed lighting scenes, styling and photography. One contract, one principal.
Why does Italian cabinetry take so long?
It is built to order, not pulled from stock: fourteen to twenty weeks covers production, finishing, sea freight and customs. We start milling against approved drawings rather than waiting for site readiness, which recovers roughly six weeks.
What stone works best in a Miami kitchen?

How do you handle condo boards and HOA approval?
We prepare and file the building application, supply certificates of insurance for every trade, schedule service elevators and work inside each building's noise windows. In Miami-Dade this typically takes four to six weeks, run alongside design rather than after it.
